ArmInfo. Director of the Yerevan Metro named after K. Demirchyan Paylak Yayloyan resigned. The press secretary of the metro Tatevik Khachatryan confirmed this in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent.
"Paylak Yayloyan worked in the metro for 28 years, he has not even been on vacation for the last 4 years. This was his personal decision. Upon reaching retirement age, according to his statement, he goes on a well- deserved rest," Khachatryan explained. -l-
To note, as "Zhamanak" newspaper reported recently, the criminal case initiated by the National Security Service on the basis of abuse in Yerevan Metro entered a phase of active investigation. On these days, the National Security Service calls for questioning in the role of witnesses the metro employees. According to the Zhamanak newspaper, especially responsible employees of the metro, who possess sufficient information, are constrained in their actions, because the director of the Yerevan Metro Paylak Yayloyan forces all employees to go to the NSS for interrogation with his lawyer and warns them to keep their mouth shut.
