Hovhannes Igityan: Today, Azerbaijan by its actions violates the  atmosphere necessary for negotiations

Igityan stressed that during the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign  Affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the parties agreed not to resort  to militant rhetoric and to cooperate in the humanitarian sphere. 

He did not rule out the possibility that within the framework of the  OSCE Minsk Group obligations may be imposed on Azerbaijan, under  which Baku would not be able to violate its obligations. The MP also  said that the Vienna and St. Petersburg agreements remain in force.  "Of course, the Vienna and St. Petersburg agreements are in force,  and in the statements of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs these  documents are affected.

In recent days, Azerbaijan has intensified its  activities on the Line of Contact with Artsakh, as well as on the  border with Armenia, as a result of which a contract soldier of the  RA Armed Forces was wounded.
