ArmInfo.Early this morning, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to skeptics who doubt the veracity of information about the opening of 50,000 new jobs in Armenia.
He, in particular, during the live broadcast on Facebook, presented specific data on exactly in which areas and how many new jobs were opened in the last year.
Thus, according to the data presented by the Prime Minister, the largest number of job places in the last year was opened in the wholesale and retail trade- 16,427 places, followed by - processing industry - 9551; hotel business and catering - 8354; service - 2574; information technology and communications - 2260; administrative activities - 1834; financial sector and insurance - 1348; professional, scientific and technical activities - 1063; agricultural, fish farming and forestry - 1056; health and welfare - 1033; education - 892; mining industry - 749; others - 718; state apparatus and social services - 345.
The prime minister stressed that these jobs had been taken out of the shadows, some had opened in the last year.
He noted that these data were obtained on the basis of tax returns of various companies and departments, and only 718 of them based on other documentation.
The prime minister noted that according to the data for January 2019 in Armenia, in general, 562043 jobs were opened: "For the current year, 5,0141 jobs were opened, with which I congratulate you all! I love you all, I am proud of you all, I bow before all of you and serve you all!"
