ArmInfo.The lawmakers of the National Assembly of Armenia elected Garegin Baghramyan as chairman of the Public Service Regulation Commission (PSRC).
According to the results of the secret ballot, 85 MPs voted for Garegin Baghramyan's candidacy, with 20 against. In total in voting 106 MPs out of 132 took part.
Garegin Baghramyan was born 22 July, 1977 in Yerevan. 1984-1994 studied at school number 114 with in-depth study of English, in 1994-1998, at the State Engineering University of Armenia. In 1999- 2002 worked in the Energy Commission of the Republic of Armenia, in 2002-2003 - in the Commission for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Armenia, in 2003-2004 - in the Commission on Regulation of Public Services of the Republic of Armenia. In 2004-2011 headed the Tariff Policy Department of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia. From September 1, 2016 teaches at the Polytechnic University; Since June 11, 2018, the Deputy Minister of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the Republic of Armenia.
