The statement of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on the necessity of accepting the resolution of the Karabakh conflict for the peoples of  Armenia, Artsakh and Azerbaijan was a big step forward. ArmInfo  expressed a similar opinion to Ruben Rubinyan, chairman of the  standing parliamentary commission on foreign relations.
