The minister also told reporters that the Vienna meeting of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan showed that, although difficult, contact points are felt, "Naturally, no one expects this to be fast".
At the same time, he assured that if Armenia does not improve relations with Azerbaijan, then it will have no future. According to him, Armenia speaks about new economic projects, but there's "almost no one left, all smart people have left the country, with whom will Armenia carry out an economic revolution, and for whom?"
