In 2019, CNF will once again continue to provide financial support to the Khosrov Forest State Reserve, the Arpi Lake and Dilijan National Parks, the Zangezur Biosphere Complex and the Arpa Environmental Fund (former Gnishik) and other protected areas.
In 2018, in total, CNF provided more than 966 thousand euros. The main support to specially protected areas was provided with direct funding. In particular, about 258 thousand euros were allocated to Dilijan National Park, 187 thousand euros to the Khosrov Forest State Reserve, 116 thousand to Euro-National Park, Arpi Lake, 109 thousand euros to the Zangezur Biosphere Complex, 45 thousand euros - the "Arpa" environmental protection fund . More than 17 thousand euros have been allocated to the Sevan national park, >, about 3,000 euros Reserve Park Complex ' and ' "Zikatar" environmental protection center '' respectively
The Caucasus Nature Fund together with the Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia carried out a number of special programs in specially protected natural territories, which received assistance in the amount of more than 178 thousand euros. In particular, work was carried out aimed at the effectiveness of PA management, including fire protection machines and equipment worth 102 thousand euros purchased for the protection of territories, 19.000 euros were spent on monitoring biodiversity, a server was acquired for the center of the remote control system and equipment for 10 thousand euros, etc.
Over the 10 years of activity in Armenia, the Caucasus Nature Fund has provided financial support in the amount of about 4 million euros, aimed at increasing the efficiency of management and nature conservation.
