VTB Bank (Armenia) opened a new high-tech Contact Center

ArmInfo.VTB Bank (Armenia) has  opened its new, high-tech, comfortable Contact Center, located in  Business Center "34" at ul.  Karekin Nzhdeh 34. The press service of  the bank told ArmInfo, saying that repair work had been going on for  several months in a room designed for the Contact Center employees:  the technological component, the color scheme of the interior and the  design of the recreation area were carefully chosen.

As a result, the Contact Center of VTB Bank (Armenia) is equipped  with all the necessary modern equipment and solved in bright, summer  tones.  For employees, there is also a comfortable spacious seating  area, where operators can relax and rejuvenate, as well as fitness  equipment and a multifunctional kitchen are installed so that  employees enjoy their work.

The purpose of the call center is to: provide high-quality  information and communication support;  the provision of operational  assistance in case of problems;  presentation of full information on  products and services of the Bank;  explanation of the details of  card transactions;  opening plastic cards;  assistance in conducting  transactions in remote service channels;  support in applying for any  loan products;  crediting remittances received through all money  transfer systems to existing Bank cards;  operations on all accounts  of customers connected to the Mobile Banking service on the basis of  a customer's call and proper identification.  The Bank's contact   center works with clients through 4 channels of communication: 1.  Phone calls, at 87- 87 2.
