ArmInfo.A group of young former MPs of the Armenian parliament, activists of the Republican Party that lost power, decided to consolidate media assets that had  long been working in the country and serving the interests of the party.

In a statement distributed through "republican" media, former RPA  activists - Arman Saghatelyan, Karen Bekaryan, Mihran Hakobyan,  Samvel Farmanyan - reported that they had founded the company "Karyak  Media" ("Media- quartet "). Under one umbrella brand <????. am>,  which will be headed by Aram Antinyan, there will be such media as  "TERT AM>"LLC, ArmNews CJSC, "Radio 107 FM" LLC, which act under the  "Tert. am", "ArmNews", "Love Radio".

The statement of the four, distributed by Tert.am, in particular,  states: "A few months ago we decided to refuse to be part of the  primitive show that was hidden under the cover of the so-called  "political processes". We were concerned about the future of the  country yesterday, we are worried today, but we also hope to get  involved in creating a more secure and predictable future. At this  stage full of difficulties and uncertainty, when the fate of all the  people is at stake, we cannot stand aside, since the role of a silent  observer or gloating is not ours. We see potential threats and are  ready to do everything possible in the name of New Armenia and  suggest ways to keep the Motherland from foreseeable challenges.  Attaching importance to the key role of the media in our public and  political life and in shaping the public agenda, as well as  considering the media to be an integral part of our life, business  and the path we have chosen, we decided to create the company "Karyak  Media".
