So, when asked whether consultations are held between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Russia on the issue of the OSCE Secretary General, Zakharova in particular, said: "Consultations on this issue are held not only between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Russia, but also between all the CSTO member countries. After all, we are talking about the leadership of the entire organization. "
To clarify which of the three options (the appointment of an Armenian or Belarusian candidate, or the continuation of duties as Deputy Secretary General V.A. Semerikov) of the outcome of the situation is Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman stressed that this is a matter of expert elaboration and, of course, based on her decisions of the leadership of countries.
