Moscow advised Bolton to ponder of the meaning of his own words  voiced in Yerevan

The Russian Foreign  Ministry commented on the statements of the Adviser to the US  President on National Security John Bolton made in Armenia.  The  Russian Foreign Ministry reminded that recently during a briefing by  the Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson the "farewell" speech by  the US Ambassador Richard Mills, who was leaving Yerevan, was  commented "who publicly instructed the host country on economic  policy issues and promised local public organizations generous  funding for supervising the government" .

At the same time, the department believes that not everything said by  Bolton in Yerevan deserves criticism.  Moscow is convinced that a  wonderful idea was voiced in his interview to Radio Liberty on  October 25: "It is of fundamental importance for Armenia to be  completely sovereign, and not dependent or subject to excessive  external influence." "It would be nice for Bolton to ponder the  meaning of his own words," the Russian Foreign Ministry advised.
