MP from RPA faction filed resignation

ArmInfo. Member of the National Assembly from the faction of the Republican Party of Armenia  (RPA), Ruzanna Muradyan, submitted her resignation.  The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ara Babloyan informed this at the October 24 sitting of the parliament.

According to him, according to the second part of Article 149 of the  Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the first and second parts  of Article 140 of the Law on the NA Rules of Procedure, if within  seven days after the resignation the MP does not withdraw the  application with a written statement, then a report is drawn up on  the termination of his/her powers. The protocol is signed and  published by the President of the National Assembly. The resignation  is considered accepted from the moment of publication of the  protocol.
