Eduard Sharmazanov is astonished with  the essence of the conversation between the heads of the National Security Service and the SSS on the record of their telephone conversation thrown into the net

ArmInfo. In recent months it has become obvious that the new authorities are killing freedom of speech, human rights and democracy in Armenia. On September 11, during the speeches in the parliament, Vice Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov said.

He noted that the brightest proof of this is that at a rally held on August 17, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan started blackmailing and threatening all his opponents who expressed an opinion contradicting Pashinyan. "If in the Middle Ages it was said that the state is me, today's authorities have beaten this record and state my state." However, for the authorities the main thing is not loud words, but efficiency. As we see, the promised result does not exist. "And the head of the state Pashinyan, in order to remain in office, he is ready to make constitutional changes and bring the matter to the self-dissolution of the parliament, "the vice-speaker stressed.

Sharmazanov also noted that he repeatedly raised the topic related to vendetta and justice in the country. "In connection with this, I want to note that today in social networks there was a recording of the conversation between the head of the National Security Service and the head of the CCC, which is very depressing, of course, that the conversation between the heads of the National Security Service and the SSS is recorded and auditioned, and I certainly believe that we must find out who exactly "Pashinyan said that he and the law enforcement agencies do not interfere in the work of the courts, but, as we see, on the recording the judge calls the head of the National Security Service, he answers:" With spirit. And then he adds, if you want, you do not want, and you have to pass a sentence on arrest. "Since when does the head of the National Security Council have the authority to dictate to the judge how should he act? The head of the National Security Council asks the head of the CCC whether he should arrest the CSTO secretary, the Head of the National Security Service, why did you call the head of the National Security Service? When did the head of the National Security Council have such powers? By what right is the prime minister deciding who to arrest and whom to pardon? "- asked rhetorical questions Sharmazanov .

"The Prime Minister noted that he is in no way connected with the judicial system, however, there is an extract in the entry where the head of the CCC notes that the prime minister gave the go-ahead for the arrest of the CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov. What right does the head of the executive branch give orders, If there is, then let's make Nikol Pashinyan an autocrat, then neither the government, nor the judiciary, nor the parliament, nor the NSS, nor the SSS, let him judge and decide " , - Sharmazanov emphasized.

The Vice-Speaker said that he believes that all factions and political forces should express their opinion and give an assessment in connection with this incident. "We should not try to divert our attention from this case with the events of March 1. All crimes should be disclosed, all corrupt officials should be punished, but all those who have transgressed the law should be punished. Those who turned the state into their own shop, all those who decided that it is above the Constitution and the law, I also ask the international structures to assess this situation, "the vice-speaker concluded.

Note that the network recorded a telephone conversation between the Director of the National Security Service of Armenia Artur Vanetsyan and the head of the Special Investigation Service Sasun Khachatryan. During the 8-minute conversation, they are discussing the possible arrest of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian, as well as criminal cases brought against the CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov and former Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan. All three, we recall, are accused of overthrowing the constitutional system during the post-election events of 2008, which resulted in the death of 10 people.

After that, in a live broadcast on Facebook, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan assured that Vanetsyan will present the circumstances surrounding the wiretapping of the telephone conversation. We will return to these explanations. Now I want to say something else. Who and why did it? With what political purpose? "- said Pashinyan. According to him, the conversation between the head of the Special Investigative Service Sasun Khachatryan and the head of the National Security Service Artur Vanetsyan could be listened for the purpose of political sabotage.

"All those responsible for the murders of people on March 1 will be answerable to the court. All those who have plundered will have to return the loot. Robert Kocharian, Serzh Sargsyan, Hovik Abrahamyan, Manvel Grigoryan, Taron Margaryan, Gagik Khachatryan: Officials of different caliber - they all feel that this time is coming. And they want to prevent this in every possible way, "Pashinyan said..

At the urgently convened press conference, the heads of the Ministry of National Security and the CCC noted, and it was also in their telephone conversation that they did not contact the judge, and the judge was very concerned about his security if he went to arrest Robert Kocharyan. According to Sasun Khachatryan, the investigation collected irrefutable evidence that armed forces took part in the bloody events of March 1, 2008, with the oligarchs paying the soldiers specific amounts of money to disperse the demonstration, changing their guards into military uniforms and even deliberately killing one of the servicemen of the internal troops to justify the introduction of the state of emergency in the country. They also reported on the availability of a new criminal case against the second President Robert Kocharian under the article "money laundering", superficially describing the appropriation of hundreds of millions of dollars for them.
