ArmInfo.The National Assembly of Armenia ratified the Armenian-Czech agreement on cooperation in combating crime on September 11.
As the deputy Chief of the RA Police Hovhannes Kocharyan noted in his speech, the document was signed on January 30, 2014. According to the draft agreement, the purpose of the document is to deepen and strengthen police cooperation on the prevention and detection of crimes, as well as the identification of criminals. In particular, it provides for the exchange of practical information, as well as direct contacts between the relevant authorized bodies of Armenia and the Czech Republic. It is also planned to implement measures to protect databases.
