ArmInfo. Armenia and Russia will soon implement a joint humanitarian program in Syria. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated answering the  question of Radio Azatutyun in Moscow.

He added that this would be a fully humanitarian program that would  not include any military component.  Pashinyan had informed about a  joint humanitarian program with Russia back on September 4 in  Yerevan, but he did not give details.
