ArmInfo. Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Artak Davtyan assures that the Armed Forces of the country are able to provide soldier with everything he needs.
"If there are revealed cases that a particular military unit does not provide servicemen with all the necessary things, we are ready to react quickly to this and find an appropriate solution to the situation," Davtyan stated today in an interview with journalists during the launch of the summer conscription for compulsory military service.
At the same time, he brought as an example the fact of receiving 5 alarms about violations, in the verification of which only one was confirmed. According to him, it is natural that there are some violations, but they are solved by operational methods.
Touching upon the call of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan to the objectors of compulsory military service, to return to the country and fulfill their Constitutional duty, Davtyan stressed that at least 156 people have already responded to the Prime Minister's call and are ready to fulfill their duty to the Motherland, and the same measures will be applied to them as to rest servicemen.
