"Old friends again betray": The secretary of faction "Dashnaktsutyun"  refused, in spite of the decision of the party, to vote for Nikol  Pashinyan

"The old friends are betraying again": the secretary of the "Dashnaktsutyun" faction, Aghvan Vardanyan, refused to vote for Nikol Pashinyan in spite of the  decision of the party, Vardanyan said at the parliamentary session he  can not vote for Pashinyan and is ready to lay down his mandate. "I  do not say anything just like that," assured the Dashnaktsakan,  noting that he would not participate in the vote at all. "If my party  then decides to deprive me of my mandate, I am ready to fulfill its  demand, " Vardanyan said. 

Note that ARFD together with Tsaroukyan and Yelk blocs decided to  vote for Nikol Pashinyan. Before that, ARFD came out from the  coalition with the Republican party.
