ArmInfo. Considering the tax and police terror that Armenian citizens face, it is impossible to talk about population growth. The candidate for Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on May 1.
According to him, the era of terror of the authorities has ended, and after the change of power in Armenia favorable conditions will be created for the return of Armenian citizens to their homeland and attracting investment. The new government will ensure at least the minimum needs of citizens. "Today I receive dozens of calls from wealthy representatives of the Diaspora every day who declare their intention to invest in the country's economy, they have still invested in other countries, fearing for their investments in the historical homeland," said Nikol Pashinyan.
He stressed that with the change of power Armenia is waiting for economic rise, including, at the expense of investments from the Diaspora. As a consequence, budget revenues, salaries, allowances will increase, and the unemployment rate will decrease.
