ArmInfo.The National Assembly of Armenia will hold an extraordinary meeting immediately after the regular session on February 27. The decision on this was taken during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 15.
As the Minister of Justice of Armenia David Harutyunyan stated, presenting the draft decision, the agenda of the extraordinary meeting has already been made public. "If there are any comments on it, I will ask 2 days for our colleagues to finalize it, it is about those legislative changes related to the implementation of the new Constitution in full force," David Harutyunyan addressed the premier.
Meanwhile, ArmInfo's attempts to find information about the agenda in the draft decision posted on the website of the executive body were not crowned with success. As regards the proposals on inclusion of items on the agenda, this information is simply not available.
However, according to ArmInfo, the main issue on the agenda is Armenia's presidential election, which is scheduled for March 2.
