This opinion was expressed on January 31 at the press conference in Yerevan by the member of the board of the Armenian National Movement (ANM), former chairman of the parliamentary commission on foreign relations Hovhannes Igityan. According to the expert, despite the fact that the Armenian authorities often refrain from even saying the word Russia, this global issue cannot be left without attention. According to him, this is actual and taking into account the international agreement on the prohibition of the sale of weapons to the regions in conflict.
