Issues of conflict settlement were discussed in Moscow by the State Secretary-Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin and Acting Co-Chair of the Geneva Discussions on the Transcaucasus from the UN Levent Bilman. As reported by the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, special attention was paid to the Geneva discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia. "Bilman was also received in the profile departments of the Russian Foreign Ministry, where the situation in the east of Ukraine, the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement, as well as general issues of peace and security were discussed, focusing on the role of the UN in preventing conflicts," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
