ArmInfo. Estonia became the first EU state to ratify the framework agreement on the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership between the European Union and the Republic of Armenia. According to the information department of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Estonia has completed all the necessary procedures for the entry into force of the agreement signed between the EU and Armenia, which was informed by the country's foreign affairs department. The procedure for the ratification of such agreements in Estonia is not conducted by the parliament, but by the government of the country in a facilitated regime. The EU-Armenia Framework Agreement was signed on November 24, 2017 in Brussels during the Eastern Partnership Summit.
