Armenian National Assembly lawmakers honored memory of victims of terrorist attack in Parliament

ArmInfo. Armenian National  Assembly lawmakers on October 27 honored memory of victims of the  terrorist attack in the Parliament, which occurred on October 27  1999. A group of terrorists, entering the Parliament, shot the  Chairman of National Assembly Karen Demirchyan, Prime Minister Vazgen  Sargsyan, Vice-Speaker of NA Yuri Bakhchyan and Ruben Miroyan, the  Minister of Operative Issues Leonard Petrosyan and lawmakers Armenak  Armenakyan, Mikael Kotanyan and Henrik Abrahamyan. 

The terrorist group included former journalist Nairi Hunanyan, who  worked in TV some time, his brother Karen Hunanyan, their uncle Vram  Galstyan, as well as Derenik Bedjanyan and Ashot Knyazyan.
