"As the president said, if the issue of the status of Nagorno Karabakh is resolved, all other issues will find their fair and logical solution, since all other issues are derived from the issue of the status of the NKR," the minister said, stressing again that resolution of all issues is possible only with the participation of Nagorno- Karabakh in the negotiations.
Nalbandian also said that on September 23 he will meet with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, during which the schedule of the visit of the Minsk mediators to the region and the issues of organizing a possible meeting of the two heads of state will be discussed.
