ArmInfo. The Defense Army of Artsakh has proved in detail that accusations of Baku about the use of white phosphorus by armed forces of Artsakh against Azerbaijani  servicemen are groundless. Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran  Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter about the publication of the  Bulgarian publication Trud that Baku could falsify data on the use of  white phosphorus by the Armenian armed forces against the Azerbaijani  military.

"The Defense Army of Artsakh has proved in detail that these  accusations are groundless. And the fact that Azerbaijan is engaged  in falsification of everything possible is not news, "said Balayan.   On July 3, the Bulgarian edition of Trud published an investigation  by correspondent Dilyana Gaytanjiyeva that, under the guise of  diplomatic flights, the State Air Company of Azerbaijan Silk Way  Airlines made 350 deliveries of weapons. Each time, under the  diplomatic cover, dozens of tons of weapons were delivered, including  for radical Islamists in Syria, and, presumably, Kurdish forces.  Documents confirming the transportation of weapons to Baku were  handed over to the Bulgarian journalist by hackers acting under the  name Anonymous Bulgaria. Among them - correspondence between the  Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Azerbaijan  in Bulgaria and many other European countries, the United States,  Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. The article also  deals with the delivery of white phosphorus, which was allegedly  intended for the National Police of Afghanistan, in Azerbaijan.
