ArmInfo.35% of the polling stations in Armenia during the parliamentary elections recorded cases of filling out ballots outside the polling booths. This is stated in the statement of the organization "Independent Observer".
According to the statement, as of 12.00, it was fixed: 49% of the polling stations did not have any special means of voting for people with auditory or visual problems. Problems with the operation of technical means were not recorded only in 16% of polling stations. Difficulties with reading fingerprints were registered at 44% of the polling stations.
In 52% of cases, several persons were found in the voting booth. There were also cases of photographing ballots by voters.
In 18% of cases, there were persons at the polling stations who did not have the right to be there. At 36% of the polling stations there were conflicts, at one polling station there was a scuffle.
