Sharmazanov answered to party fellow Karen Karapetyan`s criticism  addressed to Authorities and RPA

ArmInfo.The Republic Party stands in the roots of Armenia's independence and to be its member is honor, said the Parliament Vice President and RPA Spokesman Eduard  Sharmazanov in a discussion with the journalists, while answering to  party fellow Karen Karapetyan`s statement that the belonging to RPA  will decline his rate during the parliamentary elections he  participates in from Lori region.  

Speaking about Karapetyan's statement that the people are extremely  dissatisfied with the Authorities, Sharmazanov noted that on April 3,  it will become clear to everyone what political force prefers the  voter.  At the same time he expressed confidence that RPA is absolute  favorite in this election. About Karapetyan's statement that he does  not consider himself to be a party figure as the political forces are  acting against the state in accordance to their personal interests,  the RPA Press Secretary stated, "The Republican party is the  political force which has a huge contribution in the work of state  formation of Armenia".    

To note, Ruling Republican Party Deputy Karen Karapetyan is the  brother of a major Russian businessman Samvel Karapetyan, who's  "Tashir Group" company owns the Electric Nets of Armenian. Karapetyan  strongly criticized the Authorities and own Party while speaking with  journalists today. "Widespread robbery in state structures during  many years continues now as well. Such people must not be in state  system. If you want to live good, do business, do not use state  resources for wealth of yours and your family", Karapetyan stated. He  also noted that the nation is extremely dissatisfied with the  authorities as well as with opposition, which makes impossible  promises all the time. "Let them go to regions and watch how the  people live. The people are not dissatisfied, they are extremely  dissatisfied", he noted, and added that does not consider himself a  representative of Authorities. According to him, the parties act in  accordance with their opportunistic and own narrow interests, which  are contrary to the interests of the state and of the people. In this  context Karapetyan noted that his belonging to the Republican Party  will have a negative effect on his image during the parliamentary  elections. He participates the elections in the rate list of RPA in  Lori region. -
