Ukraine does not recognize the Constitution Referendum in Nagorno  Karabakh

ArmInfo.  "Ukraine does not recognize the Constitution Referendum taken place on  February 20, 2017 at the territory of  Nagorno Karabakh, and considers it invalid. This is stated in Ukrainian Foreign Ministry statement. 

This referendum is a violation of Azerbaijani Republic Constitution  and international law, and carries no legal consequences for Ukraine  in respect to Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The position of Ukraine  remains unchanged and assumes the absolute support of territorial  integrity of Azerbaijan," the statement reads. To mention, Nagorno Karabakh referendum  adopted new Constitution  with  87 votes "for", assuming the transition from the Semi  Presidential form of Administration to Presidential. The referendum  was monitored  by   approximately 100 international  observers  from  30 countries. All of them gave positive estimation to the referendum  process.
