ArmInfo. Storming and emotions in Armenia in respect to Constitution are related to the problems of the authorities but not to the future of the country and the nation, Hrachya Arzoumanyan, the expert on military and national security 0problems and the Head of Strategic Studies Center expressed his opinion to ArmInfo.
" This a political life not a policy or strategy. All this is pretty uninteresting and predictable. Taking a look at the constitutional reforms from the historical point and through the angle of other nations and countries experience, the situation becomes very clear. "Not any case is known when the rules of engagement changed could impact positively the society and the state, and help to keep the power. Such things use to finish very bad," he mentioned.
The expert said that his opinion is proved by the plenty of examples in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. For instance, Argentina at the end of 19th - beginning of 20th century was not poorer that the the majority of European countries. But the intention to keep the power with manipulating the Constitution text moved Argentina from the Premier League to the First or even Second League.
