ArmInfo.Moscow is trying to organize a meeting at the level of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov said at a briefing in Baku, Trend reports.
He added that Baku has agreed to take part in that meeting. When commenting on the latest meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on January 24, Mammadyarov pointed out that he is not optimistic about the results of the talks in Moscow. At the meeting in Moscow, the foreign ministers discussed the Karabakh conflict settlement process.
Mammadyarov noted that on Feb 17-19, a conference will be held in Munich and a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is expected to take place on the sidelines of that conference.
At the same time, APA reports that when commenting on the issue of involving international organizations in the restoration of the Jojugh-Merjanli village of Jebrail district, Mammadyarov said: "I have no doubt that we will liberate all the occupied districts one by one"
