NKR Defense Army: Karabakh is ready to conduct monitoring at any moment to reveal the attacking side

ArmInfo. The Azerbaijani  Defense Ministry's reports that the Karabakh troops use 60mm and 82mm  mortars have nothing to do with the reality, says Colonel Senor  Hasratyan, Spokesman for the NKR Defense Army.    

"First of all, we would like to see at least one proof for the  adversary's allegations against the Karabakh side. As regards the  Azerbaijani army's regular shelling with mortars, the Karabakh side  is ready to present numerous proofs," Colonel Hasratyan says. In  addition, if the Azerbaijani side is interested in disclosure of such  cases, it should follow the Armenian side's example to give its  consent to introduction of investigative mechanisms on the line of  contact, which were discussed during the meetings in Vienna and St.  Petersburg. "And finally, the Karabakh side is ready to conduct  monitoring at any moment and at any place of the line of contact with  the mediators' participation to reveal the attacking side", Senor  Hasratyan says.
