German Ambassador to Azerbaijan: The status quo in the  Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is unacceptable

ArmInfo.German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Kindsgrab told reporters in Baku Tuesday, the status quo in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is nacceptable. 

Recalling the summer visit to Azerbaijan by OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Germany's Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier, the diplomat noted that his country favors the peaceful  settlement of the conflict.  "We're in constant touch with the sides, trying to persuade them to have result-oriented talks so that necessary actions can be taken to prevent the conflict from re-escalation," said the diplomat.
