ArmInfo.Armenia and Artsakh will not be allowed to deal with Azerbaijan, unless they settle their problems on other vectors, says Hrachya Arzumanyan, PhD in Technical Sciences, Head of the Stepanakert-based "Ashkharh" Center for Strategic Studies.
"This assumption is based on the outcome of Baku's April aggression against Karabakh. It has turned out that surviving and overcoming Bolshevism, we simply ought to cope with the farce of post-Bolshevism that took more tan 100 lives in April. There is no alternative to it. We need to cope with it, the more so as it is incomparably easier for the new generation of fighters than it was for the ones who won the Artsakh War," he said.
However, Arzumanyan believes that the new generation should not just focus on Artsakh or Tavush, but look wider around Armenia and Artsakh. The analyst is sure that the Armenian side should not wait for another chance to settle the conflict in the eastern and northeastern parts of the Armenian highland.
"We are facing larger scale challenges. However, we are stronger than in 90s. That is why, we need to cope meet these challenges despite the ugly reality surrounding us," Arzumanyan said.
