ArmInfo. Aram Manukyan, the son of the Sasna Tsrer (Daredevils of Sassoon) group member Pavel Manukyan, has been moved to Erebuni Medical Center, where he will undergo one more surgery on August 29.
Aram Manukyan's lawyer Inessa Petrosyan says that Manukyan was moved from the hospital for prisoners to Erebuni medical center on Monday morning.
She points out that this week the other injured members of the Sasna Tsrer group will also undergo repeated surgery.
To note, Aram and Pavel Manukyan were injured during the July 27 firefight with the police on the territory of the seized building. Both were operated on at the Erebuni medical center. After the court chose arrest as a measure of restraint, Aram Manukyan was moved to the hospital for prisoners. Charges have been pressed against them based on Article 219.3 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (Occupation of buildings, facilities, means of transportation and communication, other communication lines, or keeping them, accompanied with a threat of their destruction or damage, which was committed to force the state, an organization or a citizen to perform or not to perform certain action on condition of vacating the occupied property) and Article 235.3 (Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices) of the Criminal Code of Armenia. On August 23, the Court of Appeal left the measure of restraint against Aram Manukyan unchanged. Earlier on August 18, the Court of Appeal left the measure of restraint against Pavel Manukyan unchanged.
