The Investigative Committee of Armenia confirmed searches at 65 addresses associated with the Karapetyans.

ArmInfo. Investigative Committee officers are conducting simultaneous searches at 65 addresses. This was reported by Kima Avdalyan, press secretary of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Armenia, following reports that searches had been conducted in the homes of Samvel and Narek Karapetyan since early morning.

According to her, the searches are being conducted as part of a case being investigated by the Main Department for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. "As part of a criminal case being investigated by the Main Department for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, simultaneous searches are being conducted at 65 addresses," Avdalyan wrote on her Facebook page.

It should be noted that the press secretary of the Strong Armenia party Aghavni Sukiasyan reported that investigators from the Armenian Investigative Committee have been conducting searches since early this morning at the apartments of Strong Armenia bloc leader Samvel Karapetyan and Strong Armenia parliamentary faction leader Narek Karapetyan. She noted that searches are also being conducted at other addresses associated with the Karapetyan family.
