Justifying the need for the extraordinary session, Parliament Speaker Ruben Rubinyan emphasized the need to complete agenda discussions this week, as the National Assembly committees will begin deliberations on the draft 2027 state budget on Monday.

It is worth noting that parliament is currently considering the candidacy of Central Bank Board member Sevak Mikaelyan.
