Terminator and Titanic director James Cameron will visit Armenia.

ArmInfo. Iconic Hollywood director and world cinema legend James Cameron will come to Armenia. This was reported by the Yerevan Municipality press service in collaboration with Mezzo Production.

According to the source, the director will meet with the Yerevan public on November 23 at the K. Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex and discuss cinema, his creative path, ambitious ideas, and innovation.

"This is a unique opportunity to meet one of the most influential filmmakers of our time, hear his stories from the world of cinema, and learn more about the creative thinking that has led to some of the most iconic projects in the history of world cinema," the Yerevan Municipality said in a statement.

James Cameron is a prominent Canadian film director, screenwriter, and producer. He is one of the most commercially successful directors in the history of cinema. Among his best-known works are The Terminator (1984), Aliens (1986), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Titanic (1997), and Avatar (2009). For Titanic, Cameron won Academy Awards for directing and editing, and was also one of the producers of the film, which won Best Picture. Avatar received nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Director.
