Pashinyan: Armenian-Russian relations will undergo a transformation

ArmInfo. Armenia wants to deepen relations with Russia. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in an interview with Izvestia.

According to him, Yerevan is striving to diversify its foreign relations, which is aimed at ensuring balance. Regarding relations with Russia, the Prime Minister noted that objective changes are taking place in these relations.

The Prime Minister recalled that before the establishment of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, relations with the Russian Federation were focused on security issues, but now a transformation is expected. Before the normalization of relations between Yerevan and Baku, Nikol Pashinyan emphasized, ties with Moscow were 90% focused on security issues, but now, in a peaceful environment, a transformation of these relations will occur.
