The Armenian Prime Minister and the Iranian President discussed trade and economic relations between the two countries

ArmInfo. A meeting between RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian took place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session.

According to the government's press service, during the meeting, the RA Prime Minister noted with satisfaction the successful development of Armenian-Iranian cooperation and the implementation of joint programs in various fields.

Nikol Pashinyan and Masoud Pezeshkian discussed bilateral trade and economic relations and steps aimed at expanding them.

 

The parties emphasized the importance of ensuring peace and stability in the region.

 

Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
