Armenia and Italy Explore Opportunities to Strengthen Cooperation in Military Education

ArmInfo.  First Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Edward Asryan discussed Armenian-Italian cooperation in the defense sector, particularly military education and exercises, with a delegation headed by Stefano Mannino, President of the Italian Higher Defense Research Center.

According to the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry, the parties reached a number of agreements on expanding cooperation in the field of military education.

As part of its visit to Armenia, the delegation headed by Mannino also visited the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy of the Ministry of Defense and the National Defense Research University, where the prospects and areas of cooperation between military educational institutions were discussed.
