India has a new ambassador to Armenia

ArmInfo.  Newly appointed Ambassador of India to Armenia Tongkhomang Armstrong Changsan presented copies of his credentials to Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan.

As reported by the press service of Armenia’s Foreign Ministry, Safaryan congratulated Changsan on assuming the responsible position and expressed confidence that the diplomat would make an important contribution to further deepening friendly relations and multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and India.

The interlocutors discussed prospects for developing comprehensive cooperation between Armenia and India in areas of mutual interest, outlined upcoming programs and priorities, and also emphasized their readiness to implement joint steps to make maximum use of the existing potential.
