Two land plots in the territory of Dilijan National Park returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia

Arminfo.  Two land plots with a total area of 1.75 hectares, located within the territory of Dilijan National Park and valued at approximately 119 million drams, have been returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia. This is stated in a report by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the report, the Tavush Regional Prosecutor’s Office, within the scope of its authority to file lawsuits in defense of state interests, brought lawsuits before the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals, demanding the compulsory termination of their development rights to land plots measuring 0.5 hectares and 1.25 hectares, located within the territory of Dilijan National Park, with a cadastral value of 119 million 600 thousand drams, approximately corresponding to their market value.  The Anti-Corruption Court’s decisions of July 23 and 24, 2026, granting the aforementioned claims, have entered into legal force.

The land plots measuring 0.5 hectares and 1.25 hectares, located within the territory of Dilijan National Park, have been returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
