ArmInfo. American journalist Lindsey Snell criticized foreign diplomats who visited occupied Artsakh.
"So, dozens of foreign diplomats agreed to visit Armenian churches that Azerbaijan presents as "Albanian"—all against the backdrop of Baku's ongoing attempts to erase Armenian cultural heritage? It looks rather grim," she wrote on her microblog on Twitter (X), reacting to a post by Azerbaijani presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev, who presented the Armenian medieval monasteries of Dadivank and Gandzasar in occupied Artsakh as Albanian.
It should be noted that yesterday representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps accredited in Baku visited occupied Artsakh. Among other places, they visited Shushi and Stepanakert, where the Azerbaijani occupation regime is erasing all Armenian presence under the silent encouragement of the so-called civilized international community. Among the participants was the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Magdalena Grono, who told journalists of her intention to visit Armenia after Azerbaijan and occupied Artsakh.
