Leaders of Armenia and Uzbekistan Discussed the Issue of Unblocking Communications

Arminfo. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

As reported by the government press service, the head of the Uzbek state congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his reappointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and wished him success in promoting Armenia’s consistent development.

The interlocutors discussed the further development of Armenian-Uzbek relations and the bilateral agenda. The importance of consistent steps to expand trade and economic ties was emphasized.

They also exchanged views on regional processes, including efforts to unblock communications.
