ArmInfo. On September 4, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan received Mansour Abdullah Salem Saad Al-Sulaiti, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Armenia.

According to the NA press service, at the beginning of the meeting, the Ambassador congratulated Ruben Rubinyan on his election as Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the current high level of bilateral relations and their readiness to continue effective cooperation. The need to further deepen interparliamentary cooperation and the importance of mutual visits were emphasized.

Regional issues and events were discussed.

The parties also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
