ArmInfo. The Chelyabinsk Region State Symphony Orchestra began its tour of Armenia with a musical evening at the Russian Embassy in Yerevan. The tour is timed to coincide with the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia.

According to the press service of the Russian Embassy in Armenia, the event was opened by Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin, who noted that the arrival of one of the leading creative groups of the Southern Urals in Armenia was a significant event in Yerevan's cultural life. A rich creative program, including works by world-renowned composers, was prepared for the guests—representatives of the Republic of Armenia's government bodies, diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Yerevan, members of the socio-political, cultural, and media communities, and compatriots.
