



ArmInfo. As part of his official visit to the Czech Republic, RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan met with Chairman of the Czech Senate Miloš Visterčil. Three vice-speakers of the Czech Parliament also attended the meeting.
According to the press service of the RA President, the extended meeting continued with a working lunch, during which the Chairman of the Senate, welcoming the RA President's official visit to Prague, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to visit the Senate.
In his speech, Vahagn Khachaturyan expressed gratitude for the warm welcome.
During the conversation, areas for strengthening and developing relations between the two countries were discussed, emphasizing the importance of expanding parliamentary cooperation and strengthening democratic institutions.
Regional realities and Armenia's relations with its neighbors were also touched upon. In this context, the President of the Republic of Armenia emphasized that Armenia's conceptual approach to the fundamental principles of foreign policy is peaceful coexistence, the development of regional cooperation, the exclusion of confrontation with neighbors and all countries of the region, as well as the development of good-neighborly relations with them.
