"Dear Robert Sedrakovich! Happy birthday to you. More than thirty years have passed since we flew in the same helicopter from Yerevan to Stepanakert—I still have that photo before my eyes. Much has changed since then, but you can be sure of one thing: the respect I have for you, and many people in Russia, remains unwavering. We are all waiting for truth to prevail in Armenia. If the wait is taking longer, it's not your fault." "I want to wish you freedom and victory—you have no shortage of desire for both," Zatulin said in a message published by his press service.
