


ArmInfo. Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has been discharged from the Grigor Lusavorich Hospital and transferred to the Yerevan-Kentron Penitentiary. This was announced by Kocharyan's lawyer, Aram Orbelyan.
Today, the court granted the motion to remand Robert Kocharyan in custody for two months.
After a court hearing that lasted approximately seven hours, Robert Kocharyan was returned to the hospital. The hearing on the motion for his arrest continued without his participation.
Robert Kocharyan has been charged with abuse of office, large-scale money laundering, and bribery.
