It should be noted that today, footage was circulated on Telegram channels showing three posters hung in front of the guest house of the Azerbaijani embassy in Moscow, reading "Russian blood on your hands," "Hands off Russian citizens," and "The State Security Service is torturing, Aliyev is covering up."

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry immediately responded to the incident. Baku hastened to condemn the protest and called on the relevant Russian authorities to provide a legal assessment of the provocative actions at the Azerbaijani embassy, ensure a comprehensive investigation of the incident, and take the necessary measures to prevent a recurrence.

" It is possible that this unacceptable provocation, in addition to an attempt to artificially exacerbate Azerbaijani-Russian relations, is an integral part of a dirty and biased campaign against Azerbaijan that has recently been waged by a number of Russian media outlets," the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry added.
